Halloween Party behind credit union

Hi --- There was a large party last night (October 28th) behind the credit union. I hope everybody had an awesome time. That being said, the concrete barrier got knocked over and my parked truck got hit, almost rammed through the wall of a building and seriously damaged. RCMP is looking into it.
