Toonie skate happening?

Is toonie skate tomorrow saturday still happening? 

Or is it cancelled  because of covid?

I called the City and it is off this Saturday because they are unsure where it fits in the new guidelines.  They are supposed to issue refunds and are hopeful for future weekends.
