Please keep in mind that this dog is most likely scared... not just a monster. If this dog is taken to the SPCA, please get the word out so that the owners can be notified.

I hope he/she finds it's owners. Hate to see a dog or cat lost, even if it looks like it belongs in a Stephen King movie. ;)
