maybe a cougar

About 8 am my dogs suddenly stopped on the trail on Deer Park Mtn. that exits at the private driveway off of Earl St./ the top of Davis St. I looked up where they were looking and I am pretty sure but not 100% that it was a cougar up a tree. It looked right at us. We turned and left. Gill Town: Rossland, BC
