Coyotes in Happy Valley and KC area.

Just a friendly head's up. Tonight while walking our dog's off leash, they took off after hearing a pack of coyotes. Our eldest dog can back but out puppy didn't. The coyotes kept moving higher up KC. We kept calling and whistling and scrambling up. Finally she came back but it gave us quite the fright. So please be careful and mindfull of your dog's while walking or riding in the area. Thanks. Town: Rossland, BC
