Small RV Wanted

Looking for a small RV that can make it up basic logging roads. Around 17-21 ft with reasonable clearance. I love the Toyota models like the Dolphin or Sunrader. Budget is 5-20k depending on the condition.

Not looking for a trailer or a campervan.

Thanks for any leads! It will be well maintained and taken on some fun adventures.
