2010 Subaru Outback-$5000

The good:

- 2010 Subaru Outback, 2.5V manual transmission 

- Drives great in winter

- Set of winter tires on rims (Bridgestone Blizack tires)

- Heated seats

- 1.5" tow hitch

- Wired for 4way tow hitch (never used or tested)

- Built in roof rack

- Block heater for cold winter starts

- Cd player and aux jack

- Power seats

- Includes full car history

The bad:

- loud clunking/knocking sound when turning in tight radius at low speeds (i.e. parallel parking)

- Small amount of rust on rear wheel well 

- Roof box not included 

- Hail claim from previous owner 

Work done:

December 2023- front right wheel bearing and heater control unit replaced

Summer 2023- front wheel assembly and hub replacement (both sides)

April 2023-  exhaust repair/replacement 

June 2021- CV axle replacement

March- front axle shaft assembly (both), LHS rear wheel bearing replacement

November 2020- spark plugs

Timing belt replacement (178,000km)

2019- transmission and clutch replaced by C&G Transmissions (Nelson)

2013- new engine installed by Subaru
