ISO: 1+ bedroom place for September 1st

Hi all - we are a couple in search of a long-term rental for September 1st in Rossland (not at Red, sorry). Below is what we are looking for and some details:

• Pet-friendly (adult 18lb dog who is house-trained, crate-trained, fixed, and up to date on vaccines)
• Parking (small hatchback vehicle)
• 1.5+ bedrooms (ideally 2 or 1+den, but 1 bed with space for a desk in the living area is doable!)
• Preferably unfurnished
• Looking for a regular lease agreement (fixed-term followed by either a month-to-month agreement or signing of new lease agreement), please no short-term rentals/rentals with significantly increased rates in winter months. We want to make a place our home! :)
• Air conditioning or ability to install air conditioning unit(s) in summer months 
• Laundry on-site
• Budget: hoping to keep it at or under $1800 including utilities

About us: We are a local couple, one who grew up in Rossland and works remotely for a non-profit, the other moved here a few years ago and works in town. We can provide references (landlord, professional, and/or personal), proof of income, and are also happy to get tenant liability insurance upon signing of a lease.
