Adding an old favourite to the menu this weekend. The Zucca, which has a butternut squash base, sage, mozzarella, gorgonzola, and n'duja. Check it out once I add it to the menu tomorrow after tonight's taste test!

Otherwise, all pretty standard here again this weekend. The best Margherita for miles! A pepperoni with so much Pepperoni you will be fully Pepperonied out. Some more contemporary flavours such as the Dirty Margaret (Margherita with n'duja, gorgonzola & hot honey**) and The Innocent Bystander (ham, mushroom, pistachio, hot honey**).
