Condition of Bluffs/Miral Heights

Has anyone been down to Trail lately, and able to report on the conditions of Miral Heights, Bluffs (both black and blue section), and Sunningdale? Are they in suitable condition for running? Thanks for your help!

still snowy.  might be ok to run but not ready for bikes yet.  I was there on Thursday
