Join us for two drop-in yoga classes on Tuesdays - STARTS MARCH 4th!

5:45 PM : Breathe + Flow
A powerful vinaysa flow class with deep attention to breakwork and intelligent embodiment.  Each week, we will learn a new breathwork technique, along with a brief explanation of its benefits, to empower you to apply it in your daily life. We will then transition into a fun and flowy Vinyasa practice!

7:30 PM : Breath.Stretch.Rest
We will use the breath to connect with our bodies, explore some juicy Yin poses, and finish with some nourishing Restorative poses.
