We have a one bedroom suite becoming available in Upper Rossland. Suite is roomy, over 1000 sq ft. We are flexible with move in date (April 1st/15th or May 1st/15th). It's dog friendly (for a chill dog, no excessive barking/howling/separation anxiety) and we have a large fully fenced yard (great for large dogs!). No cats please. Shared laundry, two parking spots available. $1500 for single occupancy, $1700 for double (includes all utilities, just not cable TV). Must be able to tolerate noise, we have a toddler.
