Flow to Bed Series
Thursdays, 7:45-9:00 PM
April 3rd - June 22
8 weeks, $155 + tax

Flow to Bed is a gentle yet vigorous practice combining a light vinyasa flow with relaxing yin and restorative poses. Get your wiggles out and let energy flow through your body during the first half, and then ease into gentle and extended yin poses to close out your practice. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to unwind after a busy day, and set themselves up for a good night's sleep. Please bring warm socks and layers to cozy up in for our prolonged poses.

Stretch to Meditate Series
Mondays, 9:00-10:00 AM
April 7 - June 9 (*No class April 21 + May 19 - Stat Holidays)
8-weeks = $150 + tax

"We practice yoga, the hundreds of asanas (postures), in order to be able to simply sit, and meditate."  This series is designed to wake-up and delve into deep juicy stretches and flow through a sequence of easeful postures that enliven and nourish a sense of expansion, extension and freedom in your body.  In so that, you are ready to sit in meditation and contemplation.  Each class will flow through asanas for ~40 minutes and then delve into pranayama (breath techniques) and varying meditation techniques for the remaining 20 minutes.

This series offers modifications and chair-yoga options,  for all ages (over 18 years) and abilities.  Teh best way to start your week!
