I am looking for a responsible and clean tenant/ family  for our 3-bedroom townhouse, which I own in rossland.  The house  provide easy access to shopping, entertainment, and dining. Daily essentials are within walking distance .Rent includes hydro, WiFi, and parking. As the homeowner, I accept pet , and I also have a small dog, so it is pet-friendly.  This is a welcoming space for someone who values cleanliness, harmony, and a respectful living environment.
