Join us for a fun and supportive yoga workshop focused on arm balances and inversions for yogis who want to deepen their practice. In this workshop, we’ll build strength and confidence as we explore poses like Crow, Scorpion, Headstand, and Handstand. Whether you're looking to refine your technique or break through mental barriers, it’s a great opportunity to challenge yourself, connect with your body, and have fun while deepening your practice!

Breathe + Flow Series
Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 PM
We will begin class by connecting with our breath, followed by a strong, fun and flowey Vinyasa practice! Each week, we will learn a new breath-work technique, along with a brief explanation of its benefits, to empower you to apply it in your daily life. We will then transition into a fun and flowey Vinyasa practice!

Breathe.Stretch.Rest. Series

We will use the breath to connect with our bodies, explore some juicy Yin poses, and finish with some nourishing Restorative poses. You will leave fully relaxed and ready for bed!
