Furnished Room for Rent in Upper Rossland- $850/month, utilities included

Available October 1, with potential for earlier availability (September). Looking for a single long term tenant (no couples) - minimum 6 month rental agreement to start. 

$850/month, with utilities included. No smoking and, sorry, no fur babies. 

The space: Furnished room in a walkout basement with shared kitchen and laundry. Basement has its own bathroom and living area which would be yours to inhabit. We walk through the living area from time to time to access the furnace room and storage.

Furnishings include a recliner, bed, and small dresser (pictured), as well as futon (not pictured). If you prefer an unfurnished space, that should also be possible.

We have storage space available for skis/boards, a bike, and a few totes.

Us: We are a family of three, a couple with a 9 month old baby. Also we have our lovely, senior cat. In the fall we’ll both be back to work with one of us working from home and our babe in daycare. 

You: You are a respectful roommate, taking care of your space and the kitchen after use. Ideally you’re slightly more than just a body in our house - we like casual conversation, hanging out, listening to music, playing board games.

Also, knowing it's a basement room with a baby in the house, you can handle some noise above early in the morning.
