ISO weekly theatre rehearsal space

Hey Rossland, I'm trying to find an affordable rehearsal space for a small theatre group's weekly rehearsal. The space would preferably have no limitations on the noise we can make, with enough space for approx. 10 people to move around and be available one evening a week (eg 7-9pm). As an example, we previously used the Old Firehall space before it became Mook Thai.
