FREE POSTPARTUM SUPPORT GROUP

Postpartum groups are hard to come by! Take full advantage of this free, multifaceted, four week series. 

 

Located at the Rossland Curling Club, hosted by Jess from ConsciousNest Doula Care, this will be a place for new parents and their babies to connect, learn and grow together. Whether you're fresh out of the birthing experience, or months down the postpartum road, this is a space for you. 

 

Each week there will be a different local professional offering knowledge and experience to benefit you and your baby.
