LITTLE HOMIES - a new program for the young learners in our community

If you have a child between at home whos earger to learn and grow with others, this is the program for them! As the instructor, it is my goal to provide an opportunity for children to deepen their understanding of the community they live in while building connections and expanding communication skills. The content of the program will be centred around the land we live on, here in Rossland, and our relationship to it. We will explore, create, share, and nurture curiousities surrounding the following subjects: 1) The wild animals that live among us 2) The edible and medicinal plants that grow arround us 3) The water cycle and how it sustains us 4) The human act of mindful consumption
Wednesdays 9am - 12pm Sept 11 - Dec 11 @ The Rossland Miners Hall Ages: 5-8
