STRETCH to MEDITATE Series - Starts Monday Sept. 16th

"We practice yoga, the hundreds of asanas (postures), in order to be able to simply sit, and meditate." Stretch to Mediate Series This class is designed to wake-up and delve into deep juicy stretches and flow through a sequence of easeful postures that enliven and nourish a sense of expansion, extension and freedom in your body. In so that, you are ready to sit in meditation and contemplation. Each class will flow through gentle postruies for ~35 minutes and then delve into pranayama (breath techniques) and varying meditation techniques for the remaining 20 minutes.
