STRETCH to MEDITATE Series - Starts Monday Sept. 16th

Stretch to Mediate Series
Mondays, 9:30-10:30 AM
6-week series - *No class Oct. 14th
$105 + tax - *Starts Sept. 16th*

This class is designed to wake-up and delve into deep juicy stretches and flow through a sequence of easeful postures that enliven and nourish a sense of expansion, extension and freedom in your body. 

In so that, you are ready to sit in meditation and contemplation.  Each class will flow through gentle postruies for ~35 minutes and then delve into pranayama (breath techniques) and varying meditation techniques for the remaining 20 minutes. 

This series offers modifications and chair-yoga options, for all ages (over 18 years), expereince level and abilities.
