Hips + Hamstrings Yoga Series

This Hatha based yoga class will delve into your hips and hamstrings, both to strengthen and to deeply strech and open. Melt away any tightness and stress you might be experiencing and holding in these areas of the body. This practice will end with nourishing postures to feel an ease of movement. This is a fantastic series to get your legs ready for the ski season! Great for all levels of experience!
