Help travelling from Kelowna to Rossland

Hi all, I'm looking to make arrangements for a ride/bus transfer from Kelowna to Rossland as the normal daily airport transfer doesn't seem to be running. I'm in Kelowna on the 21st and am looking for others in a similar spot around the same date who'd be interested in splitting the cost of rentals etc with me.
