Hi everyone,
I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and am new to Rossland. I spent the month of November connecting with the community and have decided to return and set up practice in the New Year.
I have availability at two locations: Madhu Wellness in Rossland, and Kootenay Columbia Therapeutics in Trail.
Since beginning my practice in 2019, I have adapted my treatment approach for each individual who I am working with. I have a particular interest in using manual therapy with various movement practices to help reduce pain and nervous system sensitivity. The goal is to help you feel a sense of comfort and resilience when going about your daily activities - whether that is up on the ski hill/local trails, or to get you through your tasks at work.
