ISO Rehearsal space

Music ensemble (4 piece) looking for small rehearsal space.

Respectful mature adults.  
Twice a week.  Evenings 6-10 PM type of time frame.

Sunday day would also work.

Leave no trace.  Band only.  

Sound will include drum kit and amplified guitars.

Moderate volume. 

Will compensate financial fairly.

Just throwing this out there.  You never know.
