Now booking: PEAKS AND VALLEYS – Donnie’s Bistro Winter 2025 Sommelier Series

First event: Tuesday, January 21

6:00 pm Reception | 6:30 pm Dinner

$149 per person, not including taxes and gratuities.

Ski the peaks, drink the valleys! Join us for the first event of the season: an exclusive 3-course dinner from Chef MAC & team, perfectly paired with wines from Napa Valley’s Groth Vineyards. We start with passed hors d'oeuvres and a reception cocktail at arrival, and then move on to the 3-course dinner including a 5 oz glass of Groth Chardonnay with the first course, a 5 oz glass of Groth Cabernet with the main course, followed by a palate cleanser sorbet. Price is $149 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
