Prenatal Yoga Series

A prenatal yoga class is a specialized yoga class designed specifically for pregnant women. This 6-week series is aimed at providing expectant mothers with a safe and supportive environment, as we explore themes of excitement, fear and all of the unknowns of motherhood! Prenatal yoga focuses on gentle stretching, strengthening, relaxation and mindfulness techniques that are beneficial for both the mother and the baby, and aims to prepare for birth, postpartum and motherhood!
