ISO someone to help make a 60 second pitch video

I'm looking for someone with a little (or a lot) experience to help make a 60 second pitch video for some funding we are pursuing related to a larger economic development project for the region. It would feature Rossland, and what the town is known for, along with some other unique content. I have a small honorarium for your help. We have a tight deadline of March 20th.
