A bit about the people you'll share a wall with: We are a couple who recently built this new home ourselves. We enjoy outdoor pursuits, hearty meals shared with friends, and creative projects. I work from home for a continuing education company and my husband, Scott, is a carpenter. We are considerate landlords, who expect the same in return from our tenant.
Must be able to clear the snow on the exterior stairs. We manage the driveway snow in the winter. We are looking for a single person or a couple with ONLY 1 vehicle, as the street parking in winter is unreliable.
