Tricolore (v) A white Pizza (no tomato sauce) with Fior di latte, Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic Butter, finished with Arugula, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, toasted Pine Nuts, Grana Padano, and Sicilian Oregano.
Quattro Formaggi (v) (Red or White) with Brie, Gorgonzola, Fior di latte & Grana Padano
